Later, Scott Wozniak sold his copy of The Guy Game, effectively committing two crimes: possession of underage pornography, and distribution of underage pornography. The Guy Game tries to be titillating by offering topless girls filmed during a Spring Break, but it's really not worth the player's time or effort. The game's credits stated that every girl pictured was over the age of 18 but, unknowing to the developers, one of the girls featured in the game, Dianne, was 17. The Guy Game is considered illegal due to it including underage pornography. In Gaming Revivals, Scott Wozniak talks about Retro Studios, and how their founder, Jeff Spangenberg, was the director of The Guy Game. The Guy Game has been mentioned a few times outside of its featured episode. Scott then sells the game to someone, classifying it as 'Nothing Illegal For Sale.' He soon realizes that the game featured a 17 year old without clothing. Scott talks about the game, making various innuendos and pointing out the sexual aspects of the game. ![]() and was published by Gathering of Developers on the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Windows. The game was developed by Topheavy Studios, Inc. The Guy Game is a video game formerly (and illegally) owned by Scott Wozniak.
